CLTH is undertaking a community based project related to the relocation of a flagship Central Library to a retail unit on the High Street.

We are currently re-imagining, re-purposing and future proofing an existing Unit to house this newly established public space. Community engagements throughout the design process will be an essential tool to give this space back to the community. Moreover, overall sustainability in the design will lead CLTH to deliver a scheme which considers Net Zero Carbon as an essential achievement.
