Wayne is a highly experienced healthcare architect, working with a variety of professions both within the NHS and in the wider healthcare development industry.
He has worked closely with NHS Trusts on developing clinical strategies to determine capital development needs and a response to the changing care environment. Wayne leads design teams to ensure smooth implementation of capital projects at every stage, including liaison with legal, financial, architectural, facilities management and construction partners.
Wayne is a long-serving Governor at Homerton University Hospital, a major London NHS Foundation Trust. He takes an active role in action plans from CQC reports, selecting indicators for quality audits and monitoring the Trust’s PLACE results. Wayne is therefore able to combine a client-side perspective with an insight from clinicians, non-clinical staff, patients, visitors and community supporters.
Adam has 20 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, having worked nationally and internationally on new build schemes, refurbishments and conversions.
Notable projects include listed structures and operational facilities such as The London Clinic on Harley Street.
